Mr Alec Ngo is the Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the company’s group operations and ensures that the business runs efficiently and effectively. He also implements strategies that align with The GrowHub's long-term goals, managing different divisions, and working closely with other executives to drive growth, optimizing processes, managing budgets, improving productivity, and ensuring that the company adapts to market changes market.

Previously, Alec was the Head of Operations and Compliance of Fund Singapore, a licensed fund management firm, where he facilitated investments in multiple companies and their exits through initial public offerings on NASDAQ and the Singapore Exchange. Prior to Fund Singapore, Alec was in the space of real estate and investment consultancy where he accumulated his experience in managing clients and their desired portfolio.

Alec is also dedicated to making a positive impact both professionally and personally, actively supporting initiatives that uplift underserved communities through collaboration with various organizations.
