As the executive chairman of The GrowHub Innovations Company, I take pride in steering the company with a dynamic and visionary approach. My role involves orchestrating the company's strategic direction, infusing it with innovation and forward-thinking. A passion for growth and a sharp eye for opportunities have been my guiding principles, propelling the company to new heights.
However, beyond the confines of the boardroom, I find solace and inspiration in the great outdoors. Being an avid trekker, I have an insatiable penchant for exploring nature's wonders. Even with the demands of my professional commitments taking me overseas, I make it a point to carve out time over weekends for immersive hikes and nature escapades. I firmly believe in the rejuvenating power of nature, using these moments to recharge and gain fresh perspectives, ultimately enhancing my effectiveness as a leader.
Photography is one of my notable interests, a hobby that beautifully complements my love for exploration. Armed with my camera, I capture the essence of the places I visit, showcasing the intricate beauty of architecture and nature through my lens. My photographic skills serve not only as a personal creative outlet but also reflect my attention to detail and appreciation for aesthetics, qualities that undoubtedly influence my leadership style.

Christopher Huang
Independent Director
Chris’ outlook on life mirrors his approach to practice – simple and straightforward. While he acknowledges that life can be complicated, he believes that the legal practice doesn't have to be. With this mantra, he founded CHP Law LLC in 2019, focusing on utilizing law as a means to an end, rather than the end itself.
Chris holds degrees in finance and law from the University of Queensland and has gained practical experience in accounting and business roles. This background makes Chris a commercially astute lawyer, offering clients a multi-faceted perspective, both legally and commercially.
He specialises in corporate M&A transactions and heads the Mergers & Acquisition Practice Area, advising clients on shareholder disputes, cross-border joint-ventures and tax issues.
In an alternate reality, Chris might have pursued a career in professional poker or the e-sports arena, areas that still captivate his interest. As a dedicated marathon finisher, Chris's perseverance and willingness to exceed expectations are evident in his steadfast commitment to the firm and its clients.
Chris believes that lawyers diagnose legal problems to then administer the right kind of treatment to the issues on hand.
Raymond Tan
Independent Director
Raymond Tan, a Singapore citizen, is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, enterprise management, fundraising, compliance, M&A, and corporate governance. He has held C-suite and board positions in various recognised organizations, including companies listed on NASDAQ, SGX, and KOSDAQ.
With extensive expertise in M&A transactions and investment portfolio management ranging from tens of millions to multi-billion dollars, Raymond brings strategic insight to effective execution, corporate leadership and strong governance. Previously, he was the CEO of a private investment house with a global portfolio, where he led investment strategies and risk management.
Currently, he is a Council Member of the Singapore Road Safety Council (since 2016) and serves on the Legal & Constitution Sub-Committee of the Singapore Golf Association.
He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Second Upper Honors) from Nanyang Technological University, is a Singapore Chartered Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor.
Lim Wei Siong
Independent Director
Mr Wei Siong Lim is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. He is the Founder of NuVe Group, a collection of curated hotels in Singapore that offer iconic lifestyle hospitality for modern travelers, allowing guests to immerse themselves in local culture and community. He is currently holding the position of Director of Investment in NuVe Group, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the group’s growth and profitability. This position involves identifying and evaluating strategic investment opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and portfolio diversification, to expand NuVe’s footprint in the hospitality sector.
Prior to establishing NuVe Group in 2013, he served as an Assistant Vice President at CapitaLand China, one of Asia’s largest real estate companies.
Lim’s diverse career trajectory showcases his adaptability and expertise across various industries, particularly in hospitality and real estate. His leadership at NuVe Group underscores his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to providing unique and culturally immersive experiences for travelers in Singapore.
Nakatani Masanori
Independent Director
Masanori Nakatani has been engaged in research and teaching for 24 years as a professor of public policy at the Faculty of Law, Kyoto Sangyo University. He is the lead editor of several books in this field, including "Reconstructing Public Theory" (Fujiwara Shoten, Tokyo, 2020).
He is also an expert in human resource development. He founded and runs the Glocal Human Resource Development Center (GC), a non-profit organization in Kyoto City known for its close network with the business community and universities. GC received a special award at the 62nd Kansai Economic and Management Summit in 2024.
He has also served on advisory committees on university policy, urban planning, and labor policy for local governments such as Kyoto Prefecture and Kyoto City for more than 10 years.
Danny Chong
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Danny Chong is a Non-Executive Director of The Growhub, leveraging his extensive expertise in investment banking, blockchain technology, and entrepreneurship to support the company’s strategic vision. As Co-founder of Tranchess, a pioneering blockchain protocol specializing in structured and yield optimization solutions, Mr. Chong has played a pivotal role in redefining the digital asset landscape by seamlessly bridging blockchain technology with traditional financial systems.
Mr. Chong’s professional journey spans over 17 years in investment banking with Société Générale and BNP Paribas, where he held leadership roles in trading, sales, and management across the APAC region. Notably, he led a groundbreaking tech team at Société Générale, achieving a global first by integrating proprietary pricing capabilities for FX structured products into an aggregator for financial institutions.
In addition, Mr. Chong serves as Co-Chairman of the Digital Assets Association, a non-profit organization based in Singapore, where he advocates for the adoption of blockchain technology within the financial sector. A seasoned entrepreneur, his ventures extend into industries such as hospitality, menswear, horticulture, and consulting. His multifaceted expertise brings invaluable insights to The Growhub, driving innovation and supporting its mission for sustainable growth.
Mei Chin Tan
Executive Director
Ms. Mei Chin Tan serves as both the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, where she brings many years of valuable experience in financial management, strategic leadership, and corporate governance. In her dual role, Ms Tan plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy while also contributing to its overall vision and growth on the Board of Directors.
As CFO, Ms Tan is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal health, and driving long-term financial performance. Her expertise in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and capital allocation has been instrumental in streamlining operations and positioning the Company for sustained profitability. Ms Tan’s leadership in financial reporting, forecasting, and investor relations has earned her recognition for her commitment to transparency, accuracy, and accountability.
In her capacity as Executive Director, Ms Tan works closely with the Board and senior management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives. She has a keen ability to identify growth opportunities, manage complex projects, and implement innovative solutions that align with the company’s broader objectives. Her financial acumen is invaluable in guiding the company through critical decision-making processes, ensuring that business decisions are informed by sound financial insights.
Ms Tan is also a strong advocate for corporate governance, ethical business practices, and long-term value creation. Her collaborative leadership style fosters a culture of open communication and teamwork, allowing the Company to navigate challenges while staying focused on achieving its mission.
