Previously, Lester was the CEO of a licensed fund management firm, successfully managing investments in multiple companies and facilitating their exits via initial public offerings on NASDAQ and the Singapore Exchange. His career spans over two decades, with experience as a management consultant and banker, playing significant roles across the entire business value chain in Asia—from startups to publicly listed companies.

Beyond his professional commitments, Lester is dedicated to community service, serving as a board member and treasurer for a local charity in Singapore.
